Since 2019 The Wave has been the host site for many different events including large company conventions, outings, Cornhusker State Game events, CrossFit competitions, fundraisers, birthday parties, graduation parties, concerts and more....

While these events are scheduled around our seasonal demand we are always happy to speak with you about hosting your next event with us at The Wave!

FUNDRAISERS

The WAVE is a great location and space to host your next fundraiser.  We are here to help support your ideas and share what we have done in the past for sports organization.  

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Enjoy a fun and stress-free celebration at The Wave! Our basic birthday party package include everything you need to host a great party:

Turf Space Access:

• Full access to 4 of our 6 cages on the turf area (approximately 3,000 sq. ft). 

Private Party Room:

• Access to a private conference room for food, cake, and drinks.
• Please note: food is not provided by The Wave, and all food/drinks must remain off the turf.
• Please note: No outside alcohol is permitted.

Waiver Requirement:

• All guests must complete a liability waiver upon arrival at the front desk (standard practice for facilities like ours to ensure safety and participation acknowledgement). 

On-Site Staff Support:

• A staff member will be available throughout your party to assist with any needs.

Equipment and Setup:

• Full access to our equipment, plus the flexibility to bring your own games, decorations, and activities.
• All personal items must be removed at the end of the party. 

Pricing Options:

• Package #1: $160/90 minutes 
• Package #2: $200/120 minutes 

GRADUATION PARTIES

Celebrate your graduate in a fun, spacious, and customizable environment at The Wave! Our graduation party package is designed to give you the flexibility to create a memorable event for family and friends.

Full Facility Access: 

• Large turf area (approximately 4,600 sq. ft)
• Additional smaller turf area (approximately sq. ft) 
• Private upstairs conference room

Tables & Seating:

• We provide everything you need for your setup 

Setup: 

• We allow you to setup a few hours prior to your event and are happy to work with you based on the time you feel you need. 

Alcohol Service (Add-On): 

• Alcohol is provided by The Wave (NO outside alcohol permitted). 
• Alcohol will be billed based on the quantity ordered. 

Pricing: 

• $750/3 hour party
• $250 Service fee (bartender, coolers, ice)
• Additional alcohol costs
